We have only followed it for three weeks so far and I have to say that not only are all the recipes I have followed so far been incredibly delicious, we have sensible steady weight loss and for me personally I am experiencing health benefits, as I not only am I coeliac (all the recipes are gluten free) I have been experiencing some other autoimmune side effects and these have really subsided over the last three weeks, long may it continue. As you might have guessed, bakeware are those oven-proof dishes and pans that can be used for roasting, baking, or broiling. I am relatively new to the ketogenic lifestyle, a couple of months in- and I am feeling great for it.

although some of the more complicated recipes take a fair bit of preparing, this has some really useful basics also.
