About this deal

I have one, nice fit on techno, used it when dd was tiny (under six months) but the following summer she wouldnt entertain the idea. Hello, I was given a koo-di sun and sleep shade to my by my sister (who is a baby guru!) and it really is fab. The Outlook shade-a-babe combine’s fun, fashion & style with UV and glare protection for your child. Shade-a-babe’s flexible 3-layered design offers all-round sun protection without the need to readjust the shade constantly.

Solar-screen™ front panel – A see-through mesh front panel screens 90% of UVA & UVB yet still allows your child to see out (it is rather like looking through sunglasses). It also protects from flying insects. The mesh panel can be zipped closed or left partially or fully open, as required. One beautiful bfp on our first IVF (courtesy of the NHS) in 2005; our little man was born at 33wks - very blessed and eternally grateful to C&W. Outlook Shade a Babe Pram Shade zips open for accessibility while still providing side shade and glare protection for delicate eyes. Now you can access your child without needing to take the shade off totally!!! UPF3 lower mesh safeguards from insects and wind and screens Ultra violet rays getting into lower part of the pushchair, while still providing excellent vision and air flow. Main area unzips for simple use of kid.

I didn't realise there are so many different shades for the pram. Can you tell me if you use the protect a bub or the rayshade is there anyway that you can stop the sun shining onto your LO if the sun is directly in front of the pram? We had one with the zipped window and it was great. We used it from 4 months to 18 months It was great as it stayed put on windy days and couldn't be used as a lance to spear passers by when DS got older. My friend has warned me that it had a limited life-span with her son - the second year they tried to use it he refused to have it on! He refuses a rain cover too though!Married 1997, ttc since 1999, unexplained. ACU Glasgow; IUI Basted 19th Jan 2005, test 7th Feb, A/F arrived 5th Feb -ve cycle. We have the protect-a-bub - it's fab & very adjustable. The Shade-a-babe would have lasted less than a nano-second with DS, but DD would have been fine with one. Depends on whether your child is one who rips everything off (e.g. parasols, raincovers, harnesses) or not
