The pouch contains three servings, with each serving being 1/3 a cup (75g), which honestly is not a ton. I’m used to a big heaping scoop of traditional rice, so this is quite an adjustment to a much smaller portion size. This Palmini rice bake only requires four ingredients and is a delicious and filling low carb vegetarian meal with wonderful Italian flavors and colors! Not unless it’s been opened. If opened, Palmini can be stored in a refrigerator for up to three days and no longer than a week.
