Big news, Mob: we've got a new cookbook coming out. It's called Mob 6. And the aim of Mob 6 is simple. We want to prove that you can cook something special – not just a half-decent dinner but a memorable meal your mates will be raving about for years to come – using just 6 ingredients. It might not sound like a lot of ingredients, but that’s kind of the point. Cooking doesn’t have to be ridiculously complicated or expensive to be delicious. Recipes we love: Harissa Sausage Orzotto, Lamb and Mint Flatbreads, Crispy Chilli Cauliflower and the Smoky Tomato and Aubergine Sandwich. In these short videos, Toby's personality really shone through, making the content feel playful, irreverent and, honestly, a little bit bonkers. Not only that, the content garnered brilliant engagement from the Mob with 600K organic views and a 4.2% engagement rate — both over benchmark.

She would then go on to collect the restaurants by asking the audience for their recommendations. Fresh Mob shares balanced meals that celebrate the textures and flavours that make food great, promising minimal and affordable ingredients with every recipe serving four – to share with friends, save leftovers for the next day or scale recipes up or down to feed a few or feed a crowd.

This cookbook is an evolution of Mob. You spoke, we listened, and we’ve created an entire cookbook of recipes that focus on the good stuff without compromising on flavour. Don’t get us wrong, we’re big fans of indulgence every now and again, but life’s all about balance. And nothing beats the satisfaction of eating something that’s super tasty which just also happens to be good for you. As a team, that’s the sort of food we cook on a day-to-day basis. Because as much as we do love a carbonara, having it every day of the week would probably be overkill. It started out as an idea in 2016 when Lebus noticed that none of his university friends could cook and, “armed with nothing but a kitchen, a camera and some recipe ideas”, he started creating overhead videos that people could actually cook from.
