Thanks Andy - unfortunately on many occasions when the temperature is low (well below freezing - we were minus 14 at night over New year) the answer is not to open the windows on the night setting, you can imagine I am sure just how cold it is by an open window, not great when it is a large one by the fixed bed!!! Are these windows used in all your motorhomes (we are looking to change to a motorhome and were thinking of the new low profile, 4 belted seats fixed bed versions). As to Swift the company - I can assure you it would be hard to find a company that supports it's products as well as they do. You will have seen they get involved on this forum and listen to what we have to say.
