About this deal

The term ‘blue fragrances’ is becoming more and more popular, but what are these blue fragrances? Generally, a blue fragrance is a fragrance with a fresh, oceanic and mass-appealing, crowd-pleasing scent. I loved this fragrance at first. Fresh opening (that everyone knows about) that dries down to a beautiful light woody base. I keep asking myself if I would buy this again... the answer is "maybe". It doesn't last long, however when people come close they say I smell pretty damn good. Very versatile - I wear this to the gym too. You have to overspray this one, which means it's actually not that good a value proposition.

|Blue Fragrances are a collection of captivating scents designed specifically for men. With their unique blend of fresh and invigorating notes, these fragrances exude masculinity and confidence. From woody and earthy undertones to zesty and citrusy top notes, Blue Fragrances offer a wide range of options to suit every man's personal style and preferences. Whether it's for a formal event or a casual day out, these fragrances are sure to leave a lasting impression. Elevate your scent game with Blue Fragrances and experience the essence of true masculinity. So, if you wear fragrances to get more attention, if you're not serious about collecting frags, look no further than this. Fragrances come in different concentrations, ranging from eau de parfum (which is the most concentrated) to eau de toilette and eau de cologne (which are less concentrated). The concentration of the fragrance will affect how long it lasts and how strong it is, so it's important to choose the one that best fits your needs. If you want a fragrance that lasts all day, opt for an eau de parfum or eau de toilette. If you prefer a lighter, more subtle scent, an eau de cologne may be the better choice. Consider the season Pros: Definition of a male blue fragrance, i can't imagine anyone not liking it, it will not offend anyone, ever no matter how much you spray. To me there aren't too many compelling things about Bleu de Chanel. I'll start with the positives: It's a high quality fragrance that projects well and endures, it has a pleasant scent, and it's highly versatile, being a great option for any season or almost any occasion. Now, for individuals not acquainted with any of the aforementioned fragrances, the smell of this is a very clean, modern take on the classic "sex" scents as they were done the old-school way (think Kouros maybe). It has the muskiness, it has the sexiness, and it smells like fresh fruit but all in a very distinguished way. You may ask how, having read the notes list, but let me tell you: the woodinness is what makes for the clean, modern "entourage" around the fruity opening, which remains present up to the last moments of the fragrance's life. The incense is also barely noticeable, but just picture the notes in your mind, think of fresh, sexy, fruity notes surrounded by the warmth & sheer pleasure of the woody and smoky notes. No matter how "experienced" you are in fragrance, you'd probably imagine the ratio of woodiness/smokiness to freshness/fruitiness as one with at least SOME dominance of the freshness side over the woodinness. Otherwise it would have smelled much too strong for most. And this fragrance executes the perfect ratio of these.

I really do think that fragrances should be judged for what they are without expectations or comparisons to other fragrances. If you do that then you can’t be disappointed by this fragrance and will be able to enjoy its splendour and elegant sophistication. Bleu de Chanel EDT is exactly what I thought it would be after getting the other two first. The EDT is the lightest-wearing, yet strongest projecting of the Bleu line, making it the best to wear for hot summer days. Personally, I think the EDP took what the EDT had and perfected it as an ultra versatile, year-round, all occasions masculine fragrance. I wear the Parfum for formal, indoor occasions, and has the richest scent profile of the Bleus (making it my personal favorite). Still, I can recognize how the EDT made the impact that it did, and I can see why it is the office staple for working men the world over.

Oak moss is something that isn’t listed as a not in this perfume. I have a 50ml bottle that I bough year ago and one of the ingredients is Evernia Pronastri or with other words oak moss.

With that said, I still like this. Even 12 years and hundreds of bottles after my first bottle, it's still a nice solid put-together easy grab dumb reach. Maybe some of that are the good memories I have attached to the fragrance, bit it holds up. A bit about designer fragrances these days or past 10 years -> so bored off of the designer fragrances , no power, all are watered down , even if you love the smell ,would you buy something that vanishes in like half /1-2 hours ? Scent: Chanel Bleu De Chanel is a beautiful fragrance with a fresh and mass-appealing scent. This fragrance opens with a fresh and citrusy scent of grapefruit, a fragrance note stay inspires confidence. A little while after the opening, some spicy notes are added, giving the fragrance a nice edge. When this fragrance starts to dry down, an aromatic scent of woods starts to appear, giving the fragrance a fresh, but rich touch. Overall, this leaves you with a truly beautiful fragrance that perfectly embodies the term ‘blue fragrance’.Performance is about average, maybe slightly below average projection. Doesn't fill up a room but people in your close space will be pleased.
