En Pokémon Stadium 2, Lance es el campeón y el último entrenador del Alto Mando con quien hay que enfrentarse. In Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon, Professor Kukui reveals that he challenged Lance at one point, with Pokémon Masters EX specifying that Lance was the Indigo League Champion at that time. The end result of their battle is unknown, however.
