Now, for the last 20 years, I’ve been installing car audio as a hobby, which turned out to be a great livelihood. I’ve seen it all, and I know how hard it is to find the right stereo. This is why I’m sharing my knowledge. With a specified ATOTO HD rearview camera, you can experience a high-resolution video display with crystal-clear sound quality. The stereo also includes a dedicated Rearview Camera Input and a shortcut access button on the steering wheel for greater ease of use. The built-in time alignment tool, allowing you to adjust the soundstage to better suit your listening preference. Don’t do it. You will have two problems. First of all, you won’t be able to get all the bubbles out. Secondly, it will be extremely hard to remove. The A6 PF can handle input from a 720P HD rear-view camera (other car stereos can only connect to cameras with 480–600 lines of resolution).

You can even create a hotspot from your phone and get real-time traffic navigation through Google maps. Operating system is Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). You can add additional apps (Alexa, Hound, Pushbullet) to add features such as voice activation of phone calls, pushing text messages, and voice searches. Voice calling works fine, but hands free texting is not an option (I have not found a way around this yet). There is no text messaging “banner or popup” like you would see displayed on a smartphone. Additionally, ATOTO continuously releases firmware updates to enhance the system and include new functions.Traditional car component speakers are designed to handle a wide frequency range, including the low ones. This means that they won’t produce as much bass as bass-specific speakers. Some common issues that people may encounter when using an ATOTO A6 include poor connection stability when streaming music or videos online; lag time between pressing buttons on the device’s touchscreen panel; difficulty getting Bluetooth connections established; interference from mobile devices; inadequate audio levels; and incompatibility with certain brand specific apps like Apple Carplay or Android Auto.” Can I use bluetooth connection to play music and answer calls with my android phone in an old car? Once connected wirelessly via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it will be automatic next time. Use online maps in CarPlay/Android Auto or the in-built GPS on A6 PF for offline directions. Make calls, text, or tune in to music/podcasts seamlessly, while most apps not compatible with CarPlay or Android Auto can be cast to A6 PF's screen using MirrorLink.

Bass is one of the most important aspects of a good sound system. It gives music power and depth, and it can really make or break a listening experience. If you’re looking for good bass in your car audio setup, then you’ll need to get some good car speakers for bass. Wireless and wired Android Auto, CarPlay, and wired Mirror Link Additionally, this model supports wired mirror connection (AutoLink) for Android and iOS, wired & wireless CarPlay, and Android Auto (Others may only support one of them). Full access to the google play app store. Compatible to Torque App for live vehicle information such as RPM, coolant/intake temps, O2 sensor readings, estimated MPG, fault codes, ect. Supports voice activation with Google, Hound, Alexa, and other voice control apps. It doesn’t seem quite as responsive as Siri/Google. I don’t think picture in picture is possible, so if you are using google maps you cannot control your radio/music app by hand (but you can still use steering wheel controls, which gets the job done)
