Everest lived on the South Pole when she saved Jake, who was just about to fall off a snow cliff. Everest was then told about the PAW Patrol, whom she got to meet near the end of "The New Pup." She was made an official member (with her own badge) by Ryder during a camping trip before the episode ended. So far, she is the 7th canine member of the team, and she is the 2nd female member. In "Sea Patrol: Pups Save a Frozen Flounder", Skye along with the other pups were cheering and excited that Everest is a new member of the Sea Patrol. Skye did a flip in the air too. When a mysterious meteor lands in Adventure Bay, the PAW Patrol gang discover new Mighty Pups Super PAWS powers, like Chase’s super speed, Rubble’s super strength and Marshall’s mighty heat. Kids can play out super-pup adventures with the meteor-centred PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Super PAWs Lookout Tower Playset and imagine super missions with Mighty Pups Super PAWS toys and playsets.

As the team's air rescue pup, her main jobs are flying and locating things, often seen with her helicopter's grappling hook and harness, helping people and transporting other team members. She has excellent memorization skills (as seen in " Pup Pup Boogie"). In early 2019, the Ultimate Rescue stage show gave him a costume based on his costume seen in " Ultimate Rescue: Pups Save the Movie Monster". Later that same year, the Mighty Pups stage show gave him a costume based on his appearance in " Mighty Pups". In “The New Pup”, Skye was happy that Everest joined the PAW Patrol. This is probably due to her being the only female dog in the team at the time.

In early 2019, the Ultimate Rescue stage show also gave him a costume based on his costume seen in Ultimate Rescue: Pups Save the Movie Monster. Later that same year, the Mighty Pups stage show gave him a costume based on his appearance in the movie of the same name. In “Pups and the Big Freeze”, they jump in the snow (also including Zuma) with eachother then laughed. When the meteor creates a super-cat with all of the pup’s powers, the Mighty Pups must harness their new charged up superpowers to take down the villainous Copycat. Now you can charge up your PAW Patrol adventures with brand new Charged Up Hero Pups and vehicles. In "Pups Save a High-Flying Skye", Everest becomes worried about Skye being lost in the air during a thunderstorm and power outage at night and when Everest hears Skye and Corny approaching, she says, "Gasp! I hear them Jake! Poor Skye and Corny, up there all alone.". Then when Skye and Corny fly by thanks to the help of Everest and Jake's lights, Everest was very relieved. Then when Ryder tells them that Skye made it, Everest said "wohooo!". England-based Rainbow Productions and USA-based Scollon Mascots and Custom Characters Inc. were hired to create the official mascots.

The bodysuits have a foam layer underneath, which keeps the appearance of the suit consistent, no matter who is wearing it. In "Pups Save Sensei Yumi", Skye and Everest were first responders and they both worked together to find Marshall and Sensei Yumi.

In “Pups Save Skye”, Everest saved Skye and when Everest arrived, Skye was happy and yelled in joy, “Everest!”. Skye and Everest has received very positive reactions by fans especially Women. It is a very popular pairing knowing that for a while it was the only friendship with two female pups until Liberty came along. Skye and Everest are in several pictures relating to girl power, girl domination, etc, and if you google Skye and Everest, you will see tons of pictures that were made for them. At the very end of the episode, when Everest offically becomes a paw patrol member, Skye has the last line and says "yay!" while everyone looked at her.
