In the first Kingdom Hearts game, when Sora enters the 3rd District of Traverse Town, a fountain shows Lady as a carving with Tramp.

'Who is this baby,' Lady asks herself. A husky voice behind her suddenly declares, 'A baby is nothing but a bundle of trouble.' Lady turns to see a scruffy looking dog that isn't even wearing a collar. He introduces himself as Tramp but Lady tells him that she never speaks to strangers. However Tramp warns her that when a baby comes along a dog moves out. Walt Disney wanted the setting of the film to be Marceline, Missouri which had been his childhood hometown. Whilst Lady and the Tramp was in production, Walt was also designing Disneyland in California and styled the Main Street, U.S.A. area of the park to Marceline. Tony's Town Square Restaurant is an Italian restaurant inspired by Lady and the Tramp and is located at Walt Disney World, whilst the Pizzeria Bella Notte restaurant is at Disneyland Paris. Presented in an aspect ratio of 2.55:1, it is, to date, the widest film that Disney has ever produced. Sleeping Beauty was also produced for an original 2.55:1 aspect ratio but was never presented in theaters this way — the film is nevertheless presented in its original 2.55:1 aspect on DVD Platinum Edition release. Some of her whimpering (as a puppy) would later be reused for Savage Sam at one point in Old Yeller and the dalmatian puppies from One Hundred and One Dalmatians during the climax. In the Recess episode " Kurst the Not so Bad", Mikey and Kurst parody this same scene, to which Kurst then belches, causing her spaghetti end to fall from her mouth and leaving Mikey to finish it. Although CinemaScope was becoming a growing interest to movie-goers, not all theaters had the capabilities at the time. Upon learning this, Walt issued two versions of the film to be created: one in widescreen and another in the original aspect ratio. This involved gathering the layout artists to restructure key scenes when characters were on the outside area of the screen.
