This beach is most known as the filming location for Baywatch, but it’s also a great place for summer surfing. The swells here are great for beginner and intermediate surfers who are eager to learn, but on occasion, the waves can get to 20 feet high. Zuma Beach is more private than Malibu Surfrider Beach and is a good spot to escape the crowds. Its wide, long sands are great for other beach activities and games, especially for families with kids. I found Surfshark’s OpenVPN connections were horribly slow at 120-130 Mbps in the US and 80-90 Mbps in the UK. That's enough for streaming and general browsing tasks, but bad news if you need it for a router or any heavyweight tasks. Virtual locations Put it all together and these are impressive apps, well implemented, straightforward to use, and a refreshing change for anyone tired of losing VPN functionality on mobile devices. Surfshark performance Surfshark passed the audit, with Deloitte concluding that its server setup and management "is properly prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with Surfshark’s description of its no-logs policy." As a result, varnished wood surfboards disappeared along with hollow paddleboards because they became obsolete.
