Today I am sharing a fun and simple recipe for Whipped Milk. Have you heard of it? Tried it even?? It’s the up and coming uber-gram-able treat that everyone is talking about and the instant I saw it I knew I had to make my own with real milk. Plus, it made for the perfect activity while spending time at home and celebrating with my kids. Whip the heavy cream. In a large bowl add the heavy cream. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. You also have the option to use the Nutella ganache as a full glaze. You don’t have to drizzle it on as I did, just spread a very thin layer over the top of the cheesecake. Decorate and serve. You can make it a day or two ahead but once set, keep in an air-tight container in the fridge or else the mousse will dry out too much. This cheesecake recipe came along in pieces. Testing an idea here, adjusting a bit there, and then it all sort of fell together. It’s fun when things work that way! Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Layers The caramel flavour really comes through and works really well with the saltiness. Salted caramel is a classic, but other protein bars have tried and failed to nail it, so kudos to Fulfil on this one.

If using SUGAR (instead of maple syrup), whisk it into the whipped aquafaba at this point, tablespoon by tablespoon, whipping well after each addition so that the sugar melts into the meringue mixture. The macros are solid – 210 kcal, 9.7g fat, 15g carbs, 1.9g sugar, 20g protein – and, even though the added ‘palm fat’ might be an issue for some, you are getting 100% of your vitamin RDA. Once again Fulfil have smashed it with this one. The centre is soft and chewier than expected, probably because there’s real coconut in it. The coconut flavour is perfect – it’s not artificial or overpowering. It’s sweet and creamy, and blends well with the hint of chocolate from the coating.

Creamy and absolutely luscious, this chocolate hazelnut cheesecake will become a new favorite! With a chocolate cookie crust, a Nutella cheesecake filling, Nutella ganache drizzle, and hazelnut whipped cream, this is one decadent cheesecake recipe! If you told me this was a regular chocolate bar I’d have no problems believing you. I definitely prefer it to Grenade’s Peanut Nutter. Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel – 6/10

There’s a few methods you could use to go about creating a “whipped Nutella” or “Nutella mousse”, but what I really wanted out of this recipe was a soft and billowy homemade whipped cream flavored with the irresistible notes of chocolate and hazelnut. Yum. The macros for each flavour varies slightly, ranging between 180-220 calories, 15-20g carbs and 8-10g fat, but all have at least 20g protein and under 3g sugar.In search of some redeeming factor I even dissected the bar, trying each layer individually. The cream alone tastes off and I think we’ve found the culprit of the ‘protein aftertaste’. The crunches have little real taste and only really offer a stale crunch, like a rice crispy cake that’s been left out a little too long. Macros are what we’ve come to expect from Fulfil – 203 kcal, 13g fat, 19g carbs, 2.7g sugar and 20g protein. The carb count is slightly higher than other bars, but they have used real orange peel to add flavour so can you really complain? Lemon Zinger 10/10. Triple Chocolate’ is one thing, ‘Triple Chocolate Deluxe‘ is quite another. I expected big (deluxe?) things…
