It really is a joy to watch, with action and humour in spades, but with some genuine heart too, and is topped off by an excellent and movie stealing performance by Hugh Grant who is clearly just having fun every time he's on screen, if nothing else he is worth watch the movie for alone! However Chris Pine acted almost the whole character like a bolshy, aloof, prat, and I hated him by halfway through. No amount of story can make up for a jerky dragon that looks like something you'd see whilst playing Minecraft, so thankfully here everything looks amazing and polished, which really makes Honour Amongst Thieves a stand out.My wife, who isn't into tabletop gaming, also loved the film so it's really for anyone who likes a good fantasy adventure story. Compared to Ridley, I found Snails annoying, matching to the level of Chris Tucker in ‘The Fifth Element’.
