after nearly five years in HM Forces, being one of “The fortunate ones the ‘Angel of Mons’ did favour”. When all the necessary preparations had been made, we were able to make arrangements to sit with the coffin in the chapel of rest. They were all very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and were always willing to answer all our questions/deal with our queries. I always felt I could ask questions, some of which seemed trivial, but nothing was too much trouble.We train all of our employees to make sure that transfers are done seamlessly so that time is not lost in transition.
