I don't know whether it got a botched reformulation since then, or if my skin chemistry changed, because after about 30 minutes it starts smelling like cooking oil on me. A nice scent, smells fresh aromatic at the top and dewy green feel "in a tonic nature", with very slight scent of wet cement like or kind of and encapsulated as it dries with like light absinthe tonic and a bit sweet,overall a nice and very casually " hanging out, gym, walk", the scent needs to be settled a bit upon applying to get to the notes, mostly a skin scent and could react and project with heat, the quality is , what you pay is what you get! When I wear this fragrance I don’t have a lot of confidence because it smells very similar to joop homme with is not good I feel this fragrance is everything joop homme should have been it’s got the cough syrup smell but it’s very very toned downed I feel if you just were a couple sprays of it just to have a nice fruity warm scent You might actually enjoy this fragrance would I repurchase absolutely not is a bad fragrance not really it’s decent.

After about 15 minutes on my skin, it turns into a fruity and chocolatey scent, I think that the raspberry, vanilla and chocolate notes comes up at this point, this is my favorite point in every single perfume I've tried on my skin. Even though I wouldn't say this is a masterpiece or even a personal favorite, for some this is still one of my most worn fragrances. Maybe like me you have noticed the majority of reviewers refer to Individual repeating Father Jeremy's litany ad nauseam: synthetic mess, raspberries, "a hint of fabric softener", smells like Joop.It then settles into this flowery-powdery background, where vanilla and sandalwood blend together for the remainder of the scent's life, with just a touch of the previous spiciness. The strength in the scent is also a source of contention, with some saying it' s very weak and not the best projection or longevity. I used to get a bunch of different smells and I felt mixed about owning it, but now I get this raspberry detergent smell that kind of smells like you are walking down the laundry product aisle and there's one that smells pretty dang fruity. Sandal keeps it soapy and clean; but all the flowers really starts to kick in at this point - especially the violet.

Can easily be mistaken as a cheap cologne or baby powder, but I don't think Mont Blanc Individuel was meant to be a stunning niche perfume anyway, rather just a good reliable clean-feeling freshner. I can’t say I hate it, but I definitely don’t love it, even though it’s one of my fragrances that was able to garner unsolicited compliments from random people. Now that it is winter, I get a little bit of tang from the raspberry, the warmth and richness of the chocolate and vanilla, and still the smooth sandalwood (the musk is toned down quite a bit).

If your looking for a clean, soapy fragrance without that synthetic notes then you definitely go Versace The Dreamer. From the bottle I got, the fragrance seems to last about 4 hours, but maybe I am just not spraying enough for what it needs. Overall, Montblanc Individuel is a decent fragrance if you're looking for something adaptable and easy to wear, though it might not stand out as a bold statement scent.It's suitable for both casual and formal settings, and it's also suitable for both day and night wear. Top notes: Rose Mary, pineapple, coriander, lavender, juniper berries, cinnamon, bergamot, mint and cardamom. This is a new launch, I have a tester bottle which includes the notes, it says Top notes- Caramom,pineapple.
