For your High fertility results to be reliable it is important to only test once a day using the urine after your longest sleep.the Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test – 20 Test Pack that gives women a greater chance of detecting their LH surge and time of peak fertility, and is particularly suited for use by women with irregular cycles.

In the following days the test will continue to display High Fertility whilst it looks for your LH surge. Ovulation tests detect hormonal changes in your body which tell your ovaries to release an egg ready for fertilisation. You need to know your usual cycle length before you start to ensure you test at the right time to find your high and peak fertile days.When your LH surge is first detected, the test will display a static smiley face and this will continue to be displayed constantly for 48 hours, indicating your 2 most fertile days. Occasionally some women have an LH surge that is too low for the test to detect, or they do not ovulate during a cycle and in this case they may see lots of High Fertility days but no Peak Fertility. One Step Pregnancy Tests 10mIU/ml are one of the the most sensitive Pregnancy Tests available on the market, and can detect a pregnancy seven days after conception, so you can test before your period is due. If you are unable to do this or would simply rather not, then you could collect a small sample of your urine in a clean, dry container (not included) and then dip the test into it for 15 seconds. This means you have more opportunities to get pregnant - at least twice as many as with any other ovulation test.

Either put the absorbent sampler pointing downwards into your urine stream for 3 seconds or you can collect a sample of your urine in a clean dry container and put the absorbent sampler into your collected urine sample for 15 seconds. The most reliable way to become pregnant is to have unprotected sex during the most fertile time in your monthly cycle. When it detects a rise in your level of estrogen it displays High Fertility (flashing smiley face), and will continue to display High Fertility in the following days whilst it looks for your LH surge. Clearblue is the only brand with a reusable reader, so if you have test sticks left after detecting your first LH increase, you can use them with the same test holder.

Remember, your results are personal to you and you may see more than 2 High Fertility days – see table in Q3. You may want to wait until you have had 2 normal periods before starting to use this ovulation test. A ‘blank circle’ symbolises a ‘No LH Surge’ result or a ‘smiley face’ indicating that the LH surge has been detected.

If you do not see Peak Fertility for 3 consecutive cycles, we recommend you discuss this with your doctor. By identifying more fertile days before ovulation than any other ovulation test, you have more opportunities to get pregnant and can plan ahead to spend quality time with your partner.
