Buxus is found in most gardens due to its versatility and ability to grow well in a wide range of soils and situations but requires a specific mix of nutrients to keep it looking in tip-top condition. We will endeavor to deliver the goods where instructed, please note, heavy items such as crates of logs and bulk bags will be offloaded via a crane and will be left adjacent to the vehicle. Buxus Feed can also be used safely as a top dressing on other tree, shrub and conifer species, but is not suitable for Ericaceous plants. Plants in pots will need regular low-level nutrients to replace those washed out due to watering: a liquid seaweed feed works well.

Do not exceed the recommended application rates, avoid the fertiliser lodging on leaves and stems, brush off any spillages from paths or paving after application. We will always aim to meet this deadline but during extended holiday periods or times of inclement weather this time frame may be extended.

When top dressing containers use 1 teaspoonful per 15-20cm (6-8in) of pot diameter, working into the surface of the soil where possible. The addition of both nitrogen and magnesium helps to produce stronger buxus, maximise growth and strengthen natural defences to help prevent disease.
