Outside with a good wind blowing, that's when I'd recommend this one the most (and that's how I caught that Double Mint gum-type note today was from the wind wafting it around me). Let's be honest with each other here: when it comes to niche hobbies like fragrances, some "enthusiasts" get to be snob-level and they can't see the forest for the trees.

In the opening it smells very fresh, not fruity or sweet but fresh and not minty, all i smell in the opening amber. Cool Water Intense Eau de Parfum is a relatively new creation of the brand, presented to the world in 2019. After the first 20 minutes or so, once the mandarin has died down it becomes linear - a sweet fresh clean fragrance with some soapiness. This men’s EDP oriental notes unfold into cooling Coconut Water blended with the sensuality of Amber Accord. This impacts the ability of the fragrance to last and around eighty percent of the oils in an EDT fragrance will evaporate within three hours of application.Very nice for summer as it starts cirusy with a hint of green (imo) and after some time gets this very creamy coconut note mixed with amber.

I think it projects more than Sauvage EDT which is considered to be one of the strongest projecting designer fragrances.All in all this gives me a warm, inviting, sweet (but not sickly sweet) tropical beach kind of scent. Protect your fragrance from direct sunlight and heat, otherwise the composition of the fragrance could be altered and become a sad memory of your favorite aroma. Davidoff Cool Water Intense bears little resemblance to the original Cool Water, but that doesn't diminish its appeal. I really wish people didn’t upvote such preposterous mentions of what colognes might smell like on here.
