We are officially a few days into Holy Week and Easter is quickly approaching, which means Lent is wrapping up.

I am so glad Fortner communicated this need and did so in such a way that little ones can comprehend and can thus participate in the anticipation and excitement of Resurrection Sunday. It is really interesting to see how much the Easter weekend can move and this year it is nearly a whole month later and will be on Sunday April 20th 2014. Designed to be read and reread on the days leading up to Easter, this book teaches little hearts to celebrate and anticipate the true joy of Easter. As the youngsters hear God’s tale unfold with its sometimes somber notes about sin and death, they are softly and continually reminded, “But Easter is coming! Wikipedia didn't use all the letters, and most important, they didn't include the n+1 that's very important, and they don't have a way to get in touch with them as you do.Mommy and her little ones are settling in for story time, and this time it's the biblical story of Easter that she's telling.
