Shortly after, Lisa began to create healthier recipes at home and as a result, Diabetic Kitchen was born. Catalina Crunch claims to be grain-free, but their cereal does contain prebiotic fiber from corn, which is technically a grain (even if it’s just the fiber of a grain). So while Corn Fiber is keto, it isn’t technically paleo.
