Definitely it’s spent most of its time in Sherry barrels, it’s got just enough burn it’s not as smooth as I would have liked it’s quite young maybe 4- 5 years old , but the finish is long and enjoyable. It is a tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their barrels an additional charring to reveal their untold richness and complexity. Time spent maturing in these barrels leads to intensified aromas of butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee.
