Summer Cooper certainly has a great way of spinning a story. The characters were so real, and their story was fun yet serious. Laney is a law student who work at the local library. She lives with her guy best friend Tony, next door to a nice but edgy old lady, Jane. Jane like to drink at bingo and loves her grandson Jake who she tries unsuccessfully to setup on a blind date with Laney. Laney doesn't need a rich man but she doesn't want to go on a blind date with a grown man who just moved into his grandmother's basement. Tony and Jane are convinced that Laney and Jake would be so perfect together that they sign them up for a reality TV show where 12 women date 3 guys trying to find love and one of the guys is the secret billionaire. Hello, MacGraw,” I say, patting Poppy’s prized 1971 Plymouth Road Runner that’s hidden under a sheet. Bianca’s starting a new job in an office,” I say, at the commercial break. This happens sometimes. I want to tell her my latest findings, forgetting for a second that I don’t speak to her anymore. You’ll never believe this, I used to say. Whatever we were doing, she would stop and scoot closer, I’d feel her drawing near. What is it? I’m dying to hear. She’d stare; her eyelid would twitch. You always know the juiciest things. Jenna used to inhale the details, every morsel. Tell me what you know. She would beg me. Me? Uh. No,” Nico says. “You must be thinking of someone else.” He blinks. Even his eyelashes look wet. I picture him emerging from a swimming pool in slow motion, like in a commercial, his skin golden, his face upturned toward the sun.You both took the driving test?” I ask. “I thought it was impossible to book an appointment.” Seniors complain all the time, how they have to wait weeks for a test. Now, she loves to write about hot alpha males that come with a pretty face and covered in tough-as-nails muscle... who are secretly looking for their true soul mate (shhh…)!A great steamy steamy read with a little twist when it comes to why they both were on the show. I loved how Jake reacted to the other contestant he was being thrown at and how he treated Laney and what they shared. Also Laney, how strong she was and actually gave him the benefit of the doubt and trusted him when others may have had doubts...refreshing. Their chemistry and sparks were there and it was insta love that was believable along with what Jake was willing to give up for her. I only have one question that wasn’t answered and it bugged me...what were the pics Jake had ? Otherwise a great read and a HEA they both deserved and more. This story has it all. Lies, deception, fun and love. It is like a behind the scenes tour of the Bachelor or that show Secret Princes. Rich man hiding his wealth to find Mrs. Right. So much fun! I really can't wait to see what new book Summer puts out next. One of my absolute favorite authors. She is an amazing writer. She takes a hot sexy man and turns it into a serious yet entertaining and fun read. Let's not forget to mention the hot as hell sex scenes. Ohh la la! That Jake can warm my bed anytime. Laney Villanueva from Allegro Dance School knows my name. Now, in the hallways, if I say, “Hi, Laney,” she can say, “Hi, Rafi,” and she’ll remember that I am the best.

I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys deception, fun, love and a good dose of wanting to kill a certain side character *smile* Laney lifts her head lazily and stretches. Nico shifts forward. I’ve broken their spell. There were some very funny side characters, like Jake's gran and Laney's gay BFF Tony. I think they made the story even more entertaining to read. Ohhhh! I am so loving this book. Bravo Summer! Another great book! Her books just keep getting better and better. This particular book was so much fun to read. I could not put it down. It had such a great storyline. One that really hasn't been written before. Look out Bachelor! You got nothing on Summer Cooper! After years of travel, Rauzon clearly has found his permanent roost at Laney. As a teacher of geography, he is an optimistic activist, grateful for the opportunity to educate the next generation, encourage their curiosity and critical thinking, and help them bear witness to the environmental changes so they might do something about it.
