I don't know how long the decorations will last.If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply the decorations. I recommend looting the toy (if it drops) first, because some players report issues with looting more than one item off Arachnis. It should have been fixed, but better safe than sorry.
